Though I am dieting and the recipes are wonderful, this is a good cookbook for anyone! I love cookbooks, and Betty Crocker does not disappoint! Recipes use things you can easily get at your grocer, as opposed to dieter's cookbooks that send you everywhere for unusual, hard to find ingredients.

I really enjoy using this cookbook. There are so many possibilities and so far I have found them all to be very very tasty. The only complaint I have is that in some cases the portions are just too small, but what do you expect for 300 calories or less! This book is definitely a must have if you are trying to eat healthy!

Summary: "Best Cookbook Ever!!"
I always hesitate when buying a new cookbook. But this is by far the Best ever! I have made a ton of stuff out of it and its all good (and easy too). Its really all dinner (and lunch too), which I like. I dont want desserts or breakfast, just dinner! Def would suggest to anyone keeping track of calories. You can make some good things that are low!
